I specialize in relational-based therapy, mindful parenting, anxiety, ADHD, autism and depression. My expertise extends to working with at-risk youth, and I have served as a Primary Therapist at the Deepak Chopra Addiction and Wellness Centre in Paradise Valley, B.C.
