With over two decades of experience, I hold a BA in Psychology and is an accredited RTC with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada. A certified Parent Consultant and Course Facilitator for the Neufeld Institute.

I specialize in relational-based therapy, mindful parenting, anxiety, ADHD, autism and depression. My expertise extends to working with at-risk youth, and I have served as a Primary Therapist at the Deepak Chopra Addiction and Wellness Centre in Paradise Valley, B.C.

Navigating critical life transitions, including addiction recovery, divorce, separation, and trauma, I offer online sessions and in-person counselling in Britannia Beach, Squamish, and the Greater Vancouver Area.
