I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC and an Associate Counsellor with Healing Waves. The primary approach I work from is Virginia Satir's Transformational Systemic Therapy. TST believes in focusing on the individual as well as their environment. It assists both individuals and couples.  I borrow from other theories, such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Person-Centered therapy, Internal Family systems and so on, as needed.

I specialize in Adult ADHD which includes working with individuals as well as couples and how ADHD impacts the relationship. I have worked with clients having diverse concerns, such as cultural transitions, life transitions, career issues, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma. I work on the overall well-being of my clients. I believe in creating a safe space for clients to explore themselves and collaboratively learn to use resources and tools to reach their therapeutic goals.
