I am a nurse practitioner working in primary care and corrections, with my practice focusing on mental health and ADHD. I support patients through the ADHD diagnostic process utilizing evidence-based guidelines while also considering the real-world impact of symptoms on daily life. I utilize a patient-centred approach to developing a treatment plan that considers individual strengths, challenges, and treatment goals. It is my aim to support patients in understanding and managing their ADHD in a compassionate, multimodal, and holistic way.
